2010 was an absolute gentleman's year. Not only was his record “Diversity” at the top of the charts, his extended European tour was also a resounding success and has now also brought Tilmann Otto international success. It makes sense to record the appearance at the Summerjam Festival on its 25th anniversary on film and musically. The 2-DVD special with an extensive picture booklet also presents a tour film recorded by cell phone cameras. The short film “Got To Go” is aptly named and completely in black and white, which gives the whole thing a retro character. It's about how the crew, the musicians and the main actor personally experience the tour, how they jump rope and in which beds on the bus it is best to sleep. Just normal tour madness. The musicians all make a relaxed impression and give the envious audience the feeling that they are having a crazy time and lots of fun. Of course, the festival performance also comes into focus. Preparations for the live gig and backstage impressions are not withheld from us. When Gentleman then jogs on stage in jacket and beret, the audience dressed in red, yellow, green and black cheers and can't get out of jumping, dancing and sweating for over 90 minutes. His live band, The Evolution, accompanies the musical image without letting Gentleman look like a solo artist. In front of a modest stage design, the 37-year-old blows energy into the living room that you can barely stand sitting on the sofa. Fans and artists are having a single party and the DVD owner can jealously enjoy a great mix of old and new songs.
